Personal Training

Personal training sessions are a great way to get one on one focus and attention for your specific fitness and training needs. They are a great way to improve your confidence and reach those goals.  For all your specialist fitness and training needs arrange a one-on-one or partnered session with Trev or Cass.

We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute one-on-one or partnered personalised training sessions for adults and children. Training sessions are personalised and cater for your specific health and fitness needs whether it be to refine your technique, build strength, lose weight, increase your cardio, enhance your range of movement, improve your gymnastic skills or master your running style.

Sessions are limited. If you are new to CrossFit Electrify please send us an email, sms or Facebook message to let us know your preferred day/time option and we'll get back to you.
