CrossFit Class: A strength and conditioning class which combines bodyweight movements with olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio training. The workouts are always different which keeps things interesting and allows a different challenge for the body and mind. Exercises are constantly varied and include elements of strength and cardio based body weight and weighted exercises.
Open Studio: Come and do the workout, do some extra lifting, gymnastics or cardio, practice skills, or do some extras in your own time.

Kids/Teens Fit Program: Our kids program is designed for kids 5—11 years old. In our kids program we teach new skills, play games and have loads of FUN. Games and challenges introduce functional movement through a variety of different training concepts and keep things interesting. Come and see what all the FUN is about.
Our teens program is designed for teens aged 12—16 years old. Exercises are constantly varied and include elements of strength and cardio based body weight exercises, interval training, running and core work.
Mobility & Stretching Program: Be exposed to the principles of Kelly Starrett’s movement and mobility method of resolving pain, preventing injury and optimising athletic performance. This program is run at certain times throughout the year. Contact us to find out more details.
Running Program: Learn how to become a more efficient runner, endurance athlete or general athlete. Learn proper run mechanics. Personalised Training Sessions/Programs: Available for anyone who is wanting an individualised program to increase strength/cardio/gymnastics skills, refine technique, set goals, get measurements done or to establish an individualised healthy eating program. 30 min, 45 min or 60 minute sessions are available.
